Order process was good, but it's hard to find you in my opinion. I had already decided that I wanted your machine for several reasons. So I kept digging until I was able to navigate your site. I am not a computer wiz, but use it to survive in today's world and I am getting ready to buy more equipment to expand hobby. It is so much easier to deal with Amazon even though I realize their foriegn slant lies around every corner. Again, just a comment on my part which you can take or leave. I have 6 kids and 24 grandkids and I definitely recommend your brand to all of them.

Was shorted my cure for snack sticks and had to run into town to purchase what I needed. Flavor and casings were great, but the travel to make it was less desirable.
