Super-quick. In and out in no time.

Really good. We are very happy with the products we got and they were easy to deal with.

It was easy, have a lot of items to choose from. Pick up was easy, put it on with a forklift.

My experience with them has been great.

They do a good job, I go in there and they are real friendly. Good but wished they would have delivered.

Went great. They are working out just fine.

They were responsive and the product was good. Beams showed up in good shape.

The salesperson I worked with was awesome, her name was Jennifer. She confirmed it, she set it all up for me and had it ready. She saved me money, $1000 over a competitor.

I have dealt with Don for over 20 years in three different places and have no complaints, Don is a great guy.

They made it easy to buy it and pick it up. I bought a trailer and they were quick and capable.

No issues. They responded quickly and sent a confirmation. We will definitely use them again.

We told them what we wanted, we went in, paid, they told us where to go, they loaded it up with a forklift. Easy peasy!

For the last 10 years in this industry, they are a go to. They are the standard. I recommend them to everyone.

Product was great, K was great, I was short a few wire racks, it wasn't K's fault, I don’t' know if we calculated right, but I was short two, we calculated wrong. Just a pain to have to order again cuz of shipping cost. They shipped all I ordered, but the two of us calculated so I was two short. Not a big deal, the product was great, K is phenomenal.

They always do a great job for me, I have been coming back to the well for 20 years.

They did a great job. They called me throughout and the gentleman who helped me went above and beyod.

Everything went smooth. Easy pick up, went in, got the paperwork and got it.

Exceptional. My salesperson was fantastic, super-great guy. They jumped right on my order, had me loaded and was out of there in an hour. They dropped what they were doing and helped me when they found out I had driven 1.5 hours to get there. Fellow on forklift was super wonderful, fantastic.

Jackson does an excellent job. He has taken care of me for several years. I shoot him an email and he has a response back to me. He is representing you guys really well. He is just a genuine all around good guy. I work with a lot of salespeople and I would hire him! The guys in the back are good too. Some of the material handlers in the dock recognize my face, and it is cool that they remember me. Never met a bad attitude there!

My one experience with them so far. It has been pretty good. The salesperson double checked my order and didn't like the looks of some of the stuff and replaced it at no charge.
