We had a great ordering experience!

Great customer service, very responsive, very patient. Things changed many times on my side and I greatly appreciated their patience. They stuck with me and didn't get irritated.

I had a pleasant experience with you guys and if I need pallet rack again, I will use you.

Another vendor I work with recommended them. They were upfront and the pricing was fair. Got me a quote and stood by the price even a month after the quote was given.

Communication was great. I appreciated that.

I called them with a rush deal. They said it normally takes a day or two, but they had it ready for me. It ended up we were a few pieces short. I called about it, they called me back and let me know they would have them ready for me to pick them up. It was a good experience!

Mike was very courteous, provided really good service, got our order, it was good.

Everything seems to have worked out. Jackson has been really prompt about getting back to me.

We had real good luck! They had everything painted and ready to go pretty quick.

I just got on line and ordered and it worked. I would definitely order from them again.
