Everything was great, I even had to return some stuff and wanted to upgrade and it all worked out great. It was, like good, old-time service.

The only mix up was that we had agreed on a price that would include shipping and they charged that separately, but they took care of that professionally.

I know you get a lot of refurbished stuff, but this one was a little more crappy looking than I expected. A power washer on it beforehand would have been nice. It does what it is supposed to do, but could be cleaner looking.

Everything we have needed from them we have gotten.
