Probably the easiest I have ever had with racking. Seamless. The only minor issue was that there was too much paint on some of the racking. But that wasn't a big deal.

They gave us a very reasonable price. When we came, they didn't think that we could safely haul it. They were very patient with me. I wasn't easy to deal with. I appreciate them.

We had a little bit of an issue where they forgot to pull something, but Mike bent over backwards to get it taken care of. In the service business, sometimes you don’t get it right the first time. What matters is how that is handled and they were awesome. In fact at first it was raining and they made some accommodations so we could back in to the warehouse. The warehouse guy was awesome. They were awesome.

The gentleman who helped me out was outstanding in everything he did. I was ordering the wrong items and he let me know what I really needed. These were specific beams to old racks. The guy was phenomenal.

A professional experience all the way around, everything they provided was what we needed. Super easy, sales rep helped me load.

Good. Drivers and forklift operators were good, it was put together good it was really easy for me to strap down and transport.
