I purchased an adjustable stem for my secondhand Campo. To save on shipping ($60 to HI), I had it sent to my cousin’s house (FREE! to GA) while I’d be there visiting. Everything went without a hitch. I installed the stem myself when I came back home and I enjoy riding more and more every day. Thanks, Zizzo!

I wanted a bicycle that i can use when my car is in the shop. I hate walking and I don’t know enough people to feel comfortable asking for rides. With a small car and a small apartment, my search for a good affordable folding bike led me to Zizzo. I was not disappointed! I purchased the Campo 2022 and, after learning how to ride again, I have had no issues so far. The seat is confortable for me personally and I have had no problems switching gears. 10/10

I likes both bikes a lot! I have Campo and Liberte. Very light , very easy to fold, easy to ride and super comfortable! Highly recommend for any age.

My husband and I recently purchased two Zizzo Via bikes. So far we are happy with them. The manual that came with the bikes was lacking some details, so we had to call for technical help. We had issues with the brakes on both bikes so took them to a bike shop for a "safety" check up. We have been riding them at local paved trails and are very happy with how they handle. We decided to purchase a sturdy bike rack for our RV, so I don't know if we'll ever fold them. LOL

My first experience with Zizzo happened when I bought a brand new Forte. This was to replace my old bike. Love the build quality and ride. Everyone at home wanted to ride it. This situation encouraged me to make a second purchase. This time with a refurbished Forte. Same excellent build quality and ride. Bike was is in "almost like new" condition. Kudos to the Zizzo team for an excellent product and outstanding service.

Nice little bike. Ordering and delivery was smooth. My only complaint was the front brakes were way out of adjustment. The instructional videos were very helpful in fixing the problem.

Great magnet set, arrived qiuckly

Love my Urbano........I will be buying another for my son. Much enjoyed talking with Deborah, who answered all my questions. The bike was delivered precisely on time and was packed perfectly. Initial rides have been smooth. Gearing perfect for uphills, which I definitely need.....

I'm 73 and just returned to biking after a number of years. Simply, the Zizzo Urbano is a perfect bike to keep in my one bedroom apartment in Manhattan and a great way to get myself out of it and into the park to actually breathe fresh air and see the sun! I've had the bike for exactly two months, and along the way I've learned how to tweak adjustments, which are really easy to make given all of the folding locks that make up this folding cycle. Online tutorials are extremely helpful. And it's a sweet ride. A wonderful exercise buddy. I highly recommend this bike.

Got the fenders and water bottle cage for the Campo. Everything fit perfect, looks good, and feels durable. I will say that the screws that came with the fenders was kind of a random assortment, but there were plenty to do the job and a few extras. Perfect!

I bought a replacement magnet for my Urbano bike after the original one fell off. The replacement arrived quickly and is a nice strong magnet.
