Alex said she is lovely and a great teacher but the connection is not great and its hard to understand. Alex said he is asking her to repeat if he doesnt understand but i just hope it doesnt waste too much time and that she can get the full lesson in.

There are many English errors in the math problems such as missing words, improper use of American language, etc., which makes them unreadable.

We had three AP lessons so far and had a very satisfactory learning. The cusotomer service is by far the best I have go far. Teachers are very experience and know the content very well .

My first trial lesson was informative and straightforward.

This is the worst tutoring company. The tutors re not at all prepared for a single lesson. The hose wives wake up in the morning and join the calls after 5 minutes late. 2 days the Chemistry tutor Mrs. Rajeshwari woke up late and gave a lecture to my daughter for 10 minutes of the lesson that she is not prepared to teach. Today was the worst situation, that the tutor just told that she cannot teach any more and we were left without a lesson. There is no management here to see even. The tutors are playing with the lives of children.
