I signed up for the Interview Prep program with Inspira Advantage to prepare for residency interviews. I was lucky enough to be paired with Dr. Okafor. She was pleasure to work with and dramatically improved my confidence going into interview season. She would always respond in a timely manner and was flexible when arranging meeting times. During our sessions she gave me specific feedback and suggestions for how to improve my response as well as things to work on outside of our meeting times. Given her experience in admissions she was also able to provide helpful context on how best to frame your responses and what questioners are looking for.
