They were able to get back to me within a very reasonable amount of time including the weekends. I even purchased this late in the application process and they were able to work quickly to review all of my materials over and over with new revisions each time. I appreciated the quality of work they did. The interview prep was helpful as well and I was able to do it the day before my interview which worked out very well. I worked with my counselor to edit my primary application (re-applicant) and I really feel like she helped me take what I have and improve it immensely. She helped me take out fluff and show me what to focus on in my activities and helped me reduce the word count when need. Most importantly she was always on time in our meetings and got me my revisions back in a timely manner. Lastly Erin (in student success) was the best, she was always available by when needed and worked with me to find the cheapest way to get help in my application. My tutors were knowledgeable and inspiring. They managed to keep my spirits high throughout the class while always challenging me with content. The test-taking strategy they provided was an enormous asset for me on MCAT test day. I do wish we moved at a faster pace toward the end of the class, but I understand their focus was primarily on strategy, not content.

The website was a bit tricky to navigate at first. But when you get the hang of it, it's really good. The editors give really good and honest feedback for the personal statement essays.
