I took both the Inspira MCAT tutoring program and 1x1 sessions with Joe. He was AWESOME. He's naturally a great tutor. The sessions were super engaging (I can genuinely say I actually enjoyed the sessions and looked forward to them every week, as odd as that sounds!) and he was really good at flexing the material and difficulty levels to my needs. He is SO patient, and adapts the explanation from your point of view, i.e., how you went about the problem and your thought process. He was also SO helpful in follow-up questions I had after the tutoring sessions. For one specific instance, I had a biology problem that I followed up with him on via email, and he not only responded quickly, but followed up with a recorded video of him explaining the problem... I was mind blown at the dedication and generosity. He laid out in extreme detail, the daily prep schedule, with drills, additional exercise sheets, etc. Definitely super helpful to have Jose on your team, he is all around a thoughtful, kind, and pleasant person to be around, who inspires confidence in your success :)

In the end, I was accepted by four of the 20 MD programs I pplied to. For a bit more insight I'd highlight few things: 1. His high level guidance helped me better position myself and leverage my strengths. He definitely knows a lot about the process and what schools are looking for. Applying to the top MD programs is a challenging process and often you might feel lost. Praruj explained in great detail what were the things lacking in my application. His explanations were great, concise and helped me to improve a lot. His approach during interview sessions was specifically targeted to improve my responses during MMI. He simulated a real interview scenario by using multiple questions in succession and then provided critical feedback on my answers. I felt well prepared for my interviews, and now I have been accepted to 2 medical schools.

Jason is an incredible MCAT tutor. I worked with Jason after I purchased Inspira's 40 hour MCAT tutoring program. First off, Jason is incredibly skilled and intuitive with respect to the MCAT. He shows his students powerful tricks and strategies for approaching questions. He makes sure to reinforce where these strategies can be applied, which allows for broad improvement in scores. This also allows his students to grow and develop their skills generally. Jason also pushes his students hard to learn and develop their skills, which is much needed given how people can plateau on the MCAT. He is perceptive and can see when a student cannot follow along on a technique, and he then is able to pull out an alternate strategy for a problem. Jason is also a fun tutor to work with, and cares a tremendous amount about the success of the people he works with. Given the intensity of prepping for the MCAT, this makes the whole experience more positive and fun. I would highly recommend working with Jason and prepping for the MCAT test with him. It is a very positive experience, and if one puts in the work to study and prepare, working with Jason can yield very positive results.

Thanks to my Inspira admissions counselor's assistance, I received an acceptance letter from the DO program at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine through my AACOMAS application.

After talking with friends and co-workers and reading reviews online about available MCAT tutoring courses, I decided to take the Inspira Advantage 24 hour tutoring program, and then upgrading to a 40 hour program. I particularly wanted to learn from Bretton because of all the great reviews I had read about him. Having completed the tutoring program, I believe that those reviews were definitely warranted. Bretton is a great tutor--knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging. Throughout the course, he offered very helpful advice on timing and strategies, and her many "Bretton-isms" really helped ingrain the concepts being taught. Bretton was also very responsive outside of tutoring sessions if I had questions or concerns. He provided detailed feedback after each question and put together a personalized study plan before we even began working together.

In terms of the overall program, I think the sessions were very well structured, and I appreciated the wealth of available resources. There was a lot of homework before each session, but I appreciated the homework because it helped me keep a good study schedule. I would 100% recommend Inspira Advantage to any MCAT takers out there!

Absolutely phenomenal experience. Alisha is an excellent instructor and my skills improved dramatically under her. The personal study plan that she made was very well put together and was an immensely useful aid throughout. My experience working with Marshall was absolutely fantastic and I could not have asked for a more supportive, responsive, experienced and professional mentor. Rishabh was a fantastic tutor and MCAT advisor. First of all, Rishabh is an organic chemistry and biology whiz, he was able to raise my scores on those just sections by 6 and 5 points respective in just a few sessions. His sessions are carefully thought out and he does his best to personalize the experience. My problem with organic chemistry was more on the strategy side than the material. Rishabh helped me formulate a strategy that raised my score from a 123 to a consistent 129. Additionally, Inspira offers fantastic support. All in all - fantastic tutor, fantastic company.

Sam could not have been a better mentor, supporter, and wellspring of information throughout the application process. Great tutoring program - highly personalized while being focused on efficiency and strategies, rather than extraneous content. Everything I learned was very useful during the actual test. Jonathan, in particular, was an awesome tutor. He was very blunt, and direct; and I even found it helpful (weirdly) to approach questions with his emphatic voice/intonations, as well as his helpful analogies. There was an optimal balance of cars vs. psychology vs. organic chemistry vs. biochemistry, and the strategies were very helpful, particularly in time management/on the cars section. Additionally, the 1-on-1 assessment at the beginning of the program to help focus my strengths/weaknesses did wonders for my score. Overall, highly recommended. Before I started working with Pranav, my dream to get into an MD progam program was just that - a dream. I scored a 502 on the practice test and I needed to significantly increase my scores to be in contention for a good MD program. I was working at a research lab at the time, in a role that could be all-encompassing - so I knew that I needed a structured program to keep the ball rolling, that was also compatible with my schedule. I was initially unsure if working with any admissions consultant would be worth the price but I'm so glad that I took a chance with Inspira! I first applied to med schools two years ago and got rejected or waitlisted at every school. This time around, I worked with Pearl to really hone my essays and polish my application. Nothing else in my application changed- same research experience, marginally more extracurriculars, same recommenders. I ended up getting into 5 of the 22 schools I applied to, with fantastic scholarship offers at all of them! Pearl was fantastic to work with, very professional and super responsive.
