I bought a dehumidifier & it was shipped immediately. I actually received it in 2 days. The dehumidifier is working extremely well. I highly recommend the product.

I ordered three of these small dehumidifiers, one for each floor of my small home (a rowhome.) They arrived quickly. So far, I have unboxed and set up only one of them. I placed it in the basement today and I see that it has already collected a half inch or so of water. These are extremely lightweight and easy to move from one location to another. The operation is simple - basically on or off. Also, it's virtually silent when running. I'm very pleased and would recommend these! (One warning: I'm in the U.S. and my credit card company declined the charge from "One International," which is the parent company of Pro Breeze. My personal bank later put the charge through with no problem.)

The air conditioner is pricey and lacks power to cool down the area due to insufficient air circulation.

Incredible, works better than i expected. It gets rid of excess humidity within a few minutes, or a couple hours depending if using it for the whole house or a room. Highly recommend!

I like the space heater fine, but the fan force of the heated air is a little anemic in comparison to my Pelonis space hearters.

I found the website easy to navigate and informative. I did my research on a few sites, chose this mini dehumidifier based on size, quietness and ease to use. I am typically not an online shopper but thought I'd try it. It was easy to place the order, and have it confirmed, quick service, speedy delivery. I haven't used the item yet but it's looks meet my satisfaction 100%. It just arrived yesterday.

Wasn't sure of the effectiveness of this unit before I bought it, but seems to work reasonably well collecting water and lowering the humidity.

The product is completely uneffective and a waste of money for us. We tried it in three different positions/heights for our bathroom. In the best conditions it will remove up to 100 ml of water in 24 hours and the bathroom, an area of 33 square ft, is still damp. I was fooled by the advertising of a "30 days money back guarantee for your peace of mind" if unhappy with the purchase. I hadn't read the last line of the returns section saying that "the return must be in an unopened and unused condition". So basically, from what I understand, you can return the product if you are unhappy with the lettering design on the cardboard box but the tape is still on, is that it? How can you know the product suits you if you don't even have the chance to try it? This is a brilliant scheme.
