The humidifier is strong and does its work BUT the relative humidity level it shows is always between 51 and 52% so the sensor is definitely broken. Therefore, the settings I tried didn't work. I have to let it run on full power, in order to use it. Which is a big convenience minus, because I ordered the humidifier especially for its features. 3/5 stars because it works great on the highest setting. I think that's a more than fair review regarding the non-working sensor and inability to run any of the settings in wanted.

Very nice delivery process and product worked fine , although the pap box was cut in a weird way at the bottom almost as it wasn’t sealed properly , not sure if that was on purpose

La macchina funziona molto bene, molto bello il design, i comandi da remoto funzionano bene. Ma lo trovo rumoroso anche impostando nella fase notturna.Il rumore lo si sente bene anche di giorno.

Online ordering process with Pro Breeze went well. However, I had a bad experience with DHL delivery. First, tracking link provided updates saying that the parcel is out for delivery and I should expect for it to be delivered, without specifying time of delivery. So, I spend couple of whole days at home and the package did not arrive. Second, after unsuccessful delivery, because I couldn't spend more time at home waiting for delivery, I changed it so that it is delivered to the parcel shop. I collected the package yesterday evening. HOWEVER, THE PACKAGE WAS UPSIDE DOWN EVEN THOUGH THE BOX CLEARY STATES HOW THE BOX SHOULD BE PLACED. I am not sure if your product will be working. How should I proceed, what do you suggest?
