I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent purchase experience.
Despite ordering the product 15 days ago, it has not yet been delivered.
The first delivery service claimed to have attempted delivery three times, which is untrue as I was available.
Subsequently, the shop dispatched it via a different courier, UPS, who also reported a failed delivery attempt and directed me to a pick-up point.
Upon arrival, I discovered that my package was not there, leading to a frustrating and annoying situation.
