Shipping took a bit of time, but the product is nice and it works.

De auto funktie werkt niet.

the machine can work well

I'm happy with the pricing and the product quality. The shopping experience however feels somewhat shady. I did not receive a track and trace code after my payment was completed and i did not know what time the product would be delivered. However, getting in touch with customer service did provide a fairly quick response that answered these questions. It would be nice to receive a track and trace after the order is completed.

Machine werkt top! We wachten nog even af.

Very good

Snelle levering, goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.

Zeer tevreden

Heel goed

Ordering and shipping went well. I received the unit very quickly after ordering. The machine works well. It gets the apartment warm very quickly; or any room that I take it to; the thermostat seems to work well, the fan turns off then it gets to temperature in the room; the remote control works well; and the safety feature to turn off automatically if the unit falls works as well. My only concern is something in the top of the machine seems to move around as if it is loose. This is the second unit I've received from the company and they both seem to work, but they both seem to have something loose in the top. This worries me, cause it seems like a good machine, except for this problem.

Snelle service

Very quickly delivered

I've been using this heater for one week and its performance is satisfactory. Low noise level, oscillatory heating and powerful fan are the features that I liked. One disadvantage is when you switch to FAN mode and again on High or Low, the device keeps working as a fan and you have to reset it to work normally again.

Prima site, snel besteld en snelle levering. Product werkt tot nu toe ook prima.

Perfect 👍
