Cake arrived at my daughter's Texas home with dry ice to prevent melting! Well packaged, no damage. Highly recommended.

I have purchased stollen breads/cakes from you several times for an elderly friend who is not in the position of ordering them herself. They are reminders of her youth in Germany. You made it very easy for me to order them over the phone and have them deliver directly to her apartment. She loves them and tells me how delicious they are. I am very grateful that this is something I can do for her and that you make it so easy. And you have my former orders in your records so that makes it even easier. Thank you.

The 2nd batch of Tea Cake Cookies were delivered in perfect condition. My mother-in-law loved them and, as we know, it is important to keep a mother-in-law happy. Thank you to all at 1-800Bakery.com

Hi MaryAnn Sorry this happened. Something must have happened with UPS to delay your gift. Please email me at stephen@1-800-bakery.com and I can have Diane find out and send out new ones for you. I hate when UPS messes up a delivery because it make us look bad. I just need your order number to fix it. Thanks, Chef Steve
