I wanted something 'different' to mark my aunt's 95th birthday...Decided to send her a box of your birthday petitfours. She was delighted and said they were DELICIOUS! Thanks for helping me to make her day a special one! (BTW, she reported that they arrived at her Connecticut home in excellent condition and were well-packaged. )

The small cakes were a major hit at my Easter party. Thank you.

ALL ASPECTS OF THIS TRANSACTION WAS PERFECT!

I ordered a King Cake to be delivered as a surprise gift for my sister and her family. The cake was quite a hit...very delicious and the party favors (beads and masks) in the box were much appreciated. Very fast delivery, too. I am very pleased and will order from you again. Thanks!!!

We sent a trio of coffee cakes for a surprise birthday weekend! They were a huge hit and fed a large crowd for days!!! The trio came in three different flavors. Moist and delicious.

Sometimes the birthdays of grownups are not celebrated as much as when they were children. So I decided that I wanted to surprise my brother with something he would not be expecting since he lived 2500 miles away. I sent him a red velvet cake which was delivered on on his birthday, and indeed, he was surprised. His comment was, "Delicious."

Ordered this cake to be sent to my son for his birthday--he loved it and sent me pictures which looked exactly like the pictures on line! Great job--will order from you again!

When you order baked goods from a bakery you expect soft and sweet taste treats. Unfortunately, this cookie did not meet those charactistics at all. Not a melt in your mouth bakery dessert. I would think twice about ordering it again. Not a good experience. I suppose there are some things you just can't order online.

Every order arrives on time and looking great. Granddaughters love the products!

This company is a true gem. They deliver as promised and they are so willing to please their customers. The baked goods are delicious and the comments were 5 Star.

So happy to be able to click onto a site, and send the people I love cake, cookies and specialized goodies which arrive in excellent condition and wonderful taste!!!

Several perople in my family have type 2 diadetes and it is hard to bring anything for desert afterdinner. I ordered the sugar free chhesecake which was delicious and the sampler cheesecake which was also delicious. Nice to have such great tasting sugar free deserts .

I ordered and paid Petit Fours for the holidays. They were never received. I wrote, asking for assistance. No Acknowledgement. I wrote again. Same.

I sent the Bacca di Montagnia cake to my brother in California for his 50th birthday. I chose it because it looked delicious and different from the usual choices available for birthday cakes! Having lived in Europe for many, many years, it was exciting to find a bakery that offered these European style cakes and that made them with pride. The cake arrived in perfect shape, looked exactly like in the photo on the website, and was perfectly chilled. My brother LOVED the cake and raved that it was delicious, yummy, and definitely a hit. He said it was a large cake and was more than enough to share with quite a lot of people. I have ordered another cake from 1-800-Bakery.com, recently. Since my brother enjoyed his cake, I ordered the Strawberry Grand Marnier Cake for my Mom for a recent milestone birthday!!! She cried when she received it because it is one of her favorite cakes and we have not been able to find it at any bakery where we live. This time, I got to taste it as well!!!! First, the cake arrived intact and chilled and perfectly packed. Second, it looked so beautiful.....the decoration was elegant and refined. And finally, the sponge cake was sheer perfection: light, delicious, and not too sweet. The texture of the sponge was exactly like the cakes we used to enjoy in Europe. The grand marnier flavor and amount was just right; it was light but enough to enjoy the flavor of the liquer without being drowned in alcohol!!!! There is nothing worse than that!!!! My Mom LOVED this cake. She was so thrilled to receive a specialty cake and she enjoyed every bite, as did I!!!!! I highly recommend any cake from the Cakes of Distinction, as these two cakes fall in that category. I would like to thank Chef Steve for his outstanding and creative and delicious cakes and for making cakes of true quality and beauty. I am so happy to have the option to order cakes like these as they are not available easily in most bakeries. 1-800-Bakery.com, please keep up your outstanding work and thank you for living up to the standard and reputation your customers deserve. I look forward to trying more of your delicious cakes and baked goodies in the future, and I will definitely order from you again and again and again!!!!!

I can always count on 1-800-Bakery to get my order there on the exact day I state on my order. Everything tastes great (I know, I've sent myself some goodies). I had occasion to call their customer service dept. and got a friendly voice who answered all my questions. I will continue to use them to send something fresh and special to my loved ones far away.

My daughter was so surprised when she got this package . It was way better than a cake for her birthday . It arrived in time was fresh and a great size to share with her dorm friends! The only downside was the fortune was written on the packing slip so that took the surprise out of it . Can't wait to order again.

Lot of nice goodies!!!

I ordered many things as gifts for people however some of the items were late like 2-3days late but it was worth the wait because the items were very tasty.

Was pleased to find a bakery that could mimic my parents baking skills. It made Christmas better.
