Amazing servicev

We used the Europe warehouse for shipments, and the team their is quite inefficient. Our shipment was very delayed and We had to followup a lot with the team and we were given the wrong tracking number. Sasirekha (based in 1GT India) was very helpful in assisting us.

A little slow on the package departing after everything was consolidated, but it arrived. I would use them again.

- first time user, was excited but left frustrated
- In place an order from Amazon.in, and it was delivered by Amazon in 3 separate packages
- 1GT system updated '3 packages received' (happy!)
- Without checking the content of the incoming notifications. I assume it was the correct 3 packages from Amazon.in (my mistake!) and proceed to 'request for consolidation'
- Did not receive any reply after few days. I proceed to 'Pay and Ship'
- Package received from DHL of my 'consolidated packages' on 1st Dec but to my horror it was only 3 items from 1 of the package.
- Contacted 1GT support for clarification, and mysteriously the remaining 2 missing packages was delivered to their warehouse 'yesterday' (on the very day I enquire about my missing package). Even though it was clearly stated in Amazon.in (with proof given to 1GT) that all the 3 packages was delivered on 21st and 23rd Nov (the 2 missing packages of books).
- The status of my 2 packages was immediately updated in 1GT system to 'received' 'yesterday'.
- 1GT insist Amazon.in deliver it late. I contacted Amazon.in and they have confirmation it was delivered on time
- Submit proof of chat transcript and screenshot to 1GT support. But 1GT still insist they only received it 'yesterday'
- ...... I gave up
- I reply to 1GT to request of the items to be discarded or given away.
- and more...
- Today I receive this email that my package was shipped (today is 3rd Dec and I already received it on 1st Dec) and followed by another email that my packages was delivered (light speed!!)
- And hopefully this will be the last email I will ever receive from 1GT (this review).
- Thank you for your service and it was a learning experience.

The service and performance of 1GT is excellent. The website and process is a bit clunky and seems a work-in-progress, but staff is very helpful, responsive and supportive.

The cost was higher than I expect
