Matt is first-rate - honest and direct with good pricing. He is technically very sharp. He delivered on all the expectations set with me: timetable, performance and cost. There are a lot of spray foam sharks that spray bad mixtures of foam; with Matt, you have no worries.

When I started my project I had 3 companies come and meet with me. Out of the 3 companies I was most impressed with Matt with 360 Thermal. His knowledge of the product and his willingness to working with me with the best way to do the project. The crew did an excellent job with the foam and the clean up. Matt was a pleasure to work with on my remodeling project in Galveston, TX! I have a couple more remodels coming up & Matt at 360 Thermal is going to be my guy/company to call for our insulation/ foam needs for sure. We used foam under the house to insulated the floor & it seems to have made our hardwood floors stop making noise as you walk over the floors & the floor even feels stronger....I'm totally happy with that & had no idea that was a possible added benefit to using foam...then, we used regular insulation in the walls & used foam in the attic, where they sprayed the underside of the roof with foam...long story short....I'm thrilled with how professional Matt & his crew were & would totally recommend them...call them!

Straight Shooter Dealing with 360 Thermal and Matt O'€™Connor was a straight forward, professional and very pleasant experience. Matt O'Connor came out, saw my attic, made his calculations and provided me with a written estimate the same day. Initially, I thought of closed cell foam, however, I settled on the more cost effective open cell foam polyethylene foam insulation of 5 1/2" on eaves of roof and 3 1/2” on gables. The team, Victor and Juan, arrived on time and set up quickly. Total time to apply foam insulation to the attic of my townhouse was about 3 hours. The equipment in a large truck was well organised and product ran by hose into townhouse and up to attic. Team laid plastic down before bringing hose into house. The team was quick, polite and professional. As Matt explained, 24 hours are needed for the foam to cure and dry out. During this time there were some odor of chemicals on the second floor in the house. When I went up to the attic the next day, I noticed some touch up work was required where the original fiberglass insulation joined the top plate under the eaves. I sent some photos to Matt and he was quickly responsive and readily agreed to the touch up work. This has been carried out in a very satisfactory manner. I rate this contractor top notch. He is knowledgable, energetic and thorough. He follows through on commitments made. Matt performs in an excellent manner.

Matt was very professional and arrived on time and was very quick and we had a price in person that was followed up by a written proposal. The tecks were also on time and followed up to make sure I was happy. We have had them look at our building to see what we can do to improve this also.

I hired the guys at 360 Thermal to spray closed cell insulation on a portion of my first floor perimeter walls. They did a fantastic job with all aspects of the job, including the preparation, spraying, and cleanup. Infact, my son, who was home at the time, told me they were the most professional contractors he had ever experienced. They were polite, conscientious, and thorough. I would definitely recommend them.
