I ordered 3D Crystal and I'm very satisfied with the quality, I would like to give it 5 stars. But there is a problem with the delivery, they don't deliver in time, they say "sorry we didn't get the package", but no one has told me why. I love this gift , again surprised by the result , i love it . Thank you

I am very impressed with this company. They are truly customer focused and extremely responsive to any questions I may have. it is absolutely beautiful, and their selections of crystals are really fun to look at. Additionally, I had a problem with my order that was no fault of theirs - they were very helpful in resolving the issue without me having to escalate it past their point of service. A bonus is that they offer a variety of crystals.

3D Crystal is by far one of my favorite...I've used for over 3 months now and have had a lot of fun with the community and my family. I am able to work on any task without needing to go online, and that's great because if you're away from your phone for a long period of time, you can't access your email.
