I was blown away by the quality of the 3D crystal I received. The engraving was so intricate and detailed that it looked like a miniature version of the original photo. The crystal itself was beautifully crafted and made for a truly unique and special gift. The customer service was also top-notch, with fast shipping and great communication throughout the process.
