My husband and I celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary and our children surprised us with a 3D crystal of our wedding photo. We were speechless when we saw it. The 3D effect made it look like we were reliving that day and the engraving was so detailed. It's now displayed proudly in our home.

I had a problem with my 3D crystal, I was leaving for the weekend and had to print it. I decided to use 3DCrystal due to their fast shipping and customer service. The customer service was excellent, they gave me a tracking number that showed what item shipped on time and was received by my home. While I had the very fast shipping speed, the quality of the product being shipped is not as good as usual.

The customization options for the crystals at 3dcrystal.com were limited, leaving me feeling a sense of longing for more personalization. It was disheartening to settle for something less than ideal.
