I am a regular customer of 3DCrystal since I got my first 3d printed crystal. They have the quickest response time and fast delivery, which is amazing considering I had ordered on the weekend. The quality of their products is outstanding with amazing detail in the finished product. The photo I sent them was laser etched out and they had a realistic effect on their final product.

It is my first time to buy 3d picture from It and I am very impressed with it. I am very satisfied with the service, quality, timely delivery and product . The company is also very supportive to communicate well. It's a great experience for me to purchase from this company after few years of internet shopping.

I am a customer and I would like to give 3DCrystal a review for their service. So far, it has been great for me. They have been very helpful and quick in responding to my email questions. In fact, I found them so helpful that I bought more than one product from them, which is not usually the case with online stores. As you can see, three stars out of four are what the rating system says

I had a great experience with 3DCrystal. It was my first time ordering and I did not expect for it to be quite as easy and quick as it was. The laser etched photo turned out amazing (I definitely recommend this option) and the customer service after the sale was fantastic. I'm looking forward to ordering from here again soon!

3D Crystal is just a great company. They have terrific customer service and they have so many crystals to select from. The website is also very user-friendly and it's easy to navigate through their store. I've been able to compare prices across multiple vendors and they are always within range of each other, regardless of my location or whether I want larger or smaller crystals. I would highly recommend them!

The item I ordered was absolutely wonderful. It was a gift for friends who have recently lost their dog and they were so appreciative. My only regret is I wish I understood the sizing a little better, I would have ordered a larger model. The text on the item is really quite small. Thank you for an opportunity to share my thoughts. I've been using 3D Crystal since April and I love the customer service. They are very fast to respond and helpful in any case. The website is great as well with a lot of variety in the crystals to choose from, as well as attention to detail with each and every item they sell.
