They are very flexible and able to accommodate all my requests. The quality of goods is quite good, considering the low prices that 3D Crystal offers.

The customization process on 3dcrystal.com was cumbersome and confusing. It was difficult to input the desired specifications, resulting in a product that was far from what I had intended.

3DCrystal is the best 3d art laser engraver I have ever used. Great quality, fast shipping, excellent customer service and great price. The crystals are so amazing to work with - they are so clear and crisp, I've been using it a few days a week for the last week or so and having fun. I can't wait to order more crystals!

I really love their work and I wouldn't be here without them. They had my first few orders out within 24 hours and wasted no time in getting my second two out of the mail with a day or so in between. The quality is absolutely beautiful! You can literally see the details of your picture being etched away, which kind of makes it feel like taking a trip to the moon for me.

I got the mini and it's with 2 people in it
To me it's kind of a full picture in the cube
They said it's for one person and I used two people
If I did it again I would have gotten a larger cube for two people in one picture
Very nice product

I have bought many house decorations from this site. I have purchased a lot of low-quality products from other sites. I am sure these are not the real ones because they are all cheap and ugly. After using 3dcrystal for awhile, my friend recommended me there and I am satisfied! They have a variety of different crystals to choose from this site.

I really enjoyed using the website. I chose it because I heard a lot of good things about it, and it was a good choice to go with. The customer service is amazing! They answer all my questions and they are very helpful with my questions when there's something wrong with the website or if there's something else to ask them about. I'm glad that I went for the trial because that helped me decide if this would be for

I was on the website looking for a particular sized item.I sent an email to customer service for assistance. The response back to me took less than 12 hours, they have upgraded to a large sized..I was instructed to call when it was time for the payment. The person I spoke to was AMAZING..he not only gave me feedback on the picture I had submitted ( it would have been a poor product--older picture) He asked me to send a few pictures and he would choose the one that would work best for the gift. Even the delivery was speedy, I was informed it would within 2 weeks, the gift was received by the recipient with in 5 days and they cherished it!
