I've been a customer of 3D Crystal for a long time now and I'm happyto say that I've never had any complaints or issues. They're always very helpful and accommodating when you need them, they get in touch with you within 24 hours, no matter what the situation is. Their customer service is the best ever! When I saw the price on it and compared it to their competitor's prices.

The pricing structure at 3dcrystal.com was misleading. What initially seemed like a reasonable price quickly escalated with additional fees, leaving me feeling deceived and dissatisfied.

I have tried many different laser engravers and none of them has come close to the quality of 3D Crystal. They are extremely professional and know how to create beautiful designs which make me want to use them myself!

2 weeks ago we were looking for a gift for our brother in law. So we were shopping around and looking for different things and then we came to the idea for a 3d crystal. We looked at all the companies offering the 3d crystal and reviewing their feedback from other people, I decided to go with 3dcrystal.com and we are very satisfied with the process, the customer service is very helpful and answered all the questions I had. The product arrived well before the day it was supposed to be gifted. I gave him the give today and he was very very happy with it and gonna place it in his house. Best gift for someone special.

The ball-shaped crystal I ordered for my niece's birthday was a huge hit! The 3D engraving of her favorite cartoon character is so cute and the crystal itself is of excellent quality. I'll definitely be ordering more from this company!

The service is great and the price is affordable. The only problem I have with 3DCrystal is that it doesn't work for both sides of a mirror. I would like it to work for both sides of a mirror, but so far its the left side that's working.

My man loved the crystal I sent to him of his late cousin. He said he just held it in his hands for 30 mins. Everyone we video chat I see it with the base light on. I'm so glad I bought that as well. I haven't seen it in person but the picture looks exactly like the one I submitted. Great job!
