Loved my crystal so much. Only disappointed that FedEX didn't leave it at my condo's concierge like I had instructed. I ended up on the phone with FedEX arranging for them to bring it back and leave it with the security guard in my Condo building. Otherwise, the product is really great, and it ended up in time for Christmas.

3D Crystal 3D was the only company willing to answer my many questions. Two other companies didn't even respond!
Also 3D Crystal 3D was totally upfront about the anticipated outcome of our crystal and it indeed turned out exactly as we expected.
We are very happy with the product and most happy with the customer service. Thank you
