I found 3DCrystal on the internet and was hesitant to order due to mixed reviews. However, I got a great deal on the laser etching option and ordered it. It shipped quickly and when we received, we were happy with how smooth it looked & how good the quality was. The recipients loved it! This is a great people to work with if you need

The customer service at 3dcrystal.com failed to provide a reasonable explanation for the significant delay in shipping my order. It was a frustrating experience with little transparency or accountability.

My wife and I were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary, and I wanted to give her a gift that she would never forget. I came across 3dcrystal.com and was amazed at their 3D crystal technology. I sent them a photo of our wedding day, and they created a stunning crystal in the shape of a heart. When my wife saw it, she was overcome with emotion and couldn't believe how beautiful it was. Thank you 3dcrystal.com for helping me make our anniversary so special!
