My sister and I are very close, and I wanted to give her a special gift for her birthday that would reflect our bond. I found a beautiful photo of us and ordered a heart-shaped crystal. When it arrived, I was amazed by how the image seemed to come to life inside the crystal. My sister was so touched by the gift and it now sits on her dresser as a reminder of our sisterhood.

The customer service representatives at 3dcrystal.com seemed disorganized and lacked proper coordination. When I reached out with inquiries, different representatives provided conflicting information, causing confusion and frustration.

I wanted to surprise my wife on our anniversary and decided to get a 3D crystal of our wedding photo. When she opened it, she was speechless. The crystal was so beautifully crafted that it looked like we were there in person. It's now a centerpiece in our home and a constant reminder of our special day.

The lack of attention to detail in the packaging of the personalized crystal left me with a tinge of sadness. It missed an opportunity to enhance the unboxing experience and create a lasting impression.
