Ordering with you guys was such a good experience. The staff that helped me was great, and they kept me up to date with emails on my order which was great. Anytime I had questions or needed to make changes they replied me very quickly and my order was ready in a few days.

As a newcomer to the 3DCrystal, I have purchased several crystals from him. The product is amazing and he has an extensive inventory. The price he charges is really great and the quality of crystals are very high.

I would recommend this people. I purchased a package of Crystals which was shipped in a timely manner and the crystals were in perfect condition. They ship quickly, keep you productd on the status of your order and they actually follow up with you to let you know when they are shipping out the crystal or not. If there is something that needs fixed on your order, they will

It is a good quality crystal and I am very pleased with it. It has bright does well in the sunlight and makes my room more comfortable. After I bought it, I had no other use for it but to decorate my workplace. The crystals are almost all of them beautiful, unique and amazing. The crystal was delivered in good time with no damage.

I found 3D Crystal as an ad on Facebook. With their "save jobs" promotion (50% off) I decided to give them a try to give them a try for a Mother's Day gift for my wife. Their product arrived in just a few days via UPS. It was AMAZING! So good in fact that I promptly ordered another large rectangular crystal for my Mom for Mother's Day. Although the product shipped in just a few days, it went missing with FedEx. I contacted 3D, and they made me a complete replacement order the SAME day! I drove to their shop and picked it up in order to avoid a courier mishap a second time, as Mother's Day was approaching fast! Their product is second to none, and their entire team, as well as their customer service went well beyond the call of duty to ensure that a replacement was made available for the important day. Without question, I will be returning in the future for another project! GREAT JOB 3D!!
