I was looking for a unique way to commemorate my parents' wedding, and the 3D crystal from 3dcrystal.com was the perfect choice! The engraving was so lifelike and detailed, and the crystal was of such high quality. The customer support team was also fantastic, they helped me choose the perfect size and shape for my needs.

The cost of shipping my order from 3dcrystal.com was excessive, especially considering the availability of cheaper alternatives in the market.

The engraved design on the crystal was poorly centered and appeared skewed, affecting its overall aesthetic appeal.

my custom order was great! Everyone that I showed my gift to thought it looked great, especially with the added light base; definitely a must to include in your order to really make it pop out of the crystal. I am an anxiously awaiting to see what my future bride will think of having her favorite engagement picture of us preserved and memoralized in heavy crystal for her to looK at for many years to come. I believe it will be a hit.
