I started buying from 3D Crystal as a result of some really great customer service. The customer service representative I spoke with was knowledgeable and quick to respond to me. I also like the variety of crystals they have on their site, it's not just the same old items that other competitors have. The website is also very well designed.

I was in a couple of 2D crystal manufacturers, but none of them can offer the same fast shipping, excellent customer service and even quick time response. My 3D Crystal is absolutely perfect and I have no doubts that my business will get the best market share there...

I bought one of their items, which I believe was a crystal bar, from them and have used it for many years. They have a great customer service and fast shipping. I recently received an order for another Crystal and the 2nd time I ordered it was wonderful. The crystals are beautiful & when the box arrived there were no breakages at all so they must be good quality crystals & very well crafted.

I've been using 3DCrystal for over a year now, and I would recommend it to anyone. Lots of different prices and clear pricing info, the customer service is great. I have made many purchases with them and never had any issues. They all come out super smooth, like they were laser cut out of glass!

I ordered a 3Dcrystal and the service was great. My order came in a timely fashion and I was able to track it all the way. The packaging did a good job of protecting my crystal and even included a hand-written note inside as well as some extra paper straws for 2D crystals! Their product is top notch and I look forward to ordering.
