I've been using 3D crystal for quite some time and I'm happy to say that their products are the best in the market. Their crystals are super cool and they really do really good with their customers' requests. The only thing I would suggest is that they should revamp their website since it's always a bit confusing to find what exactly you need or what you're looking for, but other than that, 3D crystal rocks!

I work professionally as a photographer and mostly do wedding shoots. I always like to gift a 3D crystal to the bride and groom of one of their pictures as a gesture of thanks and congratulations and they always seem to love it!! This has made it very easy for me since now I don't have to keep looking for products again and again. They also offered me a discount on a bigger purchase which is very thankful of them

I'm overcome with emotion every time I hold the crystal from 3dcrystal.com in my hands. The 3D image inside the crystal feels like a window to the past, allowing me to relive and cherish memories that hold immense significance in my life.

The personalized crystal I received from 3dcrystal.com had a small blemish on the surface that caught my attention. It wasn't significant, but it affected the overall aesthetics.

The lack of attention to detail in the packaging of the personalized crystal from 3dcrystal.com left me with a tinge of sadness, as it missed an opportunity to enhance the unboxing experience and create a lasting impression.

The customer service at 3dcrystal.com was slow to respond to my inquiries and lacked urgency in resolving my concerns. The delay in communication made the overall experience frustrating and time-consuming.
