I wanted to commemorate my daughter's baptism and ordered a 3D crystal with her photo. When it arrived, I was amazed at the level of detail and how the 3D effect made it look like she was right there. It's a special reminder of that day and she loves to look at it.

This company is a great way to create beautiful, custom-made crystal. The ability to set up different shapes of crystals and the control given over them is extraordinary. It almost makes me lose my mind sometimes! Whatever the reason may be, this companyis a must-have for aspiring 3D artists."

The final product I received didn't accurately reflect the customization options I selected, which was disappointing.

The return and refund process at 3dcrystal.com was cumbersome and time-consuming. When I requested a refund for a defective crystal, it took multiple follow-ups and lengthy discussions to resolve the issue. Streamlining the return process would greatly improve customer satisfaction.
