I purchased a giant rectangle crystal as a wedding gift for my friends, and they were stunned by its beauty. The 3D engraving of their first dance was expertly captured and truly one-of-a-kind. The refund policy at 3dcrystal.com had restrictive conditions and hidden fees. It felt like a hassle to initiate a return and navigate through the complicated process, which deterred me from pursuing a refund.

I was a bit hesitant to order a 3D crystal, as I wasn't sure if the process would work well with the image I wanted. But I decided to give it a try, and I am so glad I did! The team at 3Dcrystal were incredibly helpful and worked with me to ensure that my image would translate well into 3D. And when I received the crystal, I was blown away by how it turned out. The details were so crisp and clear, and the way the light shone through it was just magical. I am now a true believer in the power of 3D crystal!
