The tracking number in the email I was sent was wrong, however I did receive the item. Quality was good in my opinion. It was an ornament with a picture I submitted of my dog.

3DCrystal is amazing! I ordered 13 crystals one day then had to wait almost a week before they came...but they arrived and they were beautiful. The product was great, even though the crystals weren't in stock. They shipped them out the day after I ordered them, and I received my crystals within 4 days of ordering. Very happy with my purchase and will use 3DCrystal for all my future shopping needs!

I love 3D crystal, the reason being because I'm a fan of weird stuff, and the great way they put it together. They are very good at market research and know where to go with their product. Their products are always full of quality and detail, so people can feel like they're having a real experience when they purchase them.

I ordered two of the 3D Crystal photos to show off on my fireplace mantle and they are absolutely stunning. They are also really well made and I know anyone who receives one of these as a gift will be over the moon. What's really great is they arrived in perfect condition, even overseas, thanks to the fast shipping.

3D Crystal's customer service is great. They always answer my questions and they fixed my order quickly when I didn't fully read the description of one of the crystals I ordered. The site is beautiful, so easy to navigate. And they give so much information about each crystal! It's a company that truly cares about their customers and wants to help them find what's best suit to their customers.
