I've been using for 4 months and I couldn't be more satisfied with it. It's really awesome, there is really nothing else like it out there. I wasn't satisfied enough with other its until I met this one. Now, if you ask me, this is the best online store and you can use it anytime!

The delays in shipping my order brought a sense of sadness and frustration. The prolonged wait dampened the excitement I had initially felt.

3D Crystal has helped me grow my business and portfolio. There are so many different trays of crystals to select from, I love it and I always receive updates on any jobs I'm in process with them. 3D Crystal offers a wide variety of crystals to choose from, which is great if you're new to the industry or are just starting out. The customer service is amazing as well!

I gave it two stars earlier for the reasons mentioned below but I am updating it to 4 as the customer care was prompt to write back to me and they sent another crystal with the same picture. The new crystal was close to the picture I gave. I would have given it 4 stars had the picture been captured correctly in 3d..my husband has beard till the start of his neck..they did not capture it well in 3d and the result is that it looks like he has a swollen double chin on one side of his face. It was a father's day gift with a picture of my son nd my husband. Another feedback, it would be better if the cube can be fixed to the LED base. Someone who does not know that they are attached might drop the crystal by mistake.

I am completely in love with my 3DCrystal order. I got the beautiful box, made of quality wood, with pretty crystals on the inside and a frame that I can use in any place of my life! It has been such a treat to unwrap it and make it look so beautiful on my lightstands. I would recommend this to anyone who wants.

I was amazed at the packaging. It came in a small pink case with white polka dots and a green bow, just like the pictures show. It also had a free gift, another frame which was great. The frame is worth more than what I paid for the crystal, so 3d Crystal really does provide an excellent deal with the package! Overall it's an amazing
