My best friend was getting married, and I wanted to give her a gift that was unique and special. I decided to order a crystal puck with her and her fianc's photo engraved in 3D from 3DCrystal.com. When the product arrived, I was impressed by how beautiful it was. The level of detail in the engraving was remarkable, and it captured the love and happiness they have for each other. My friend was thrilled with the gift, and it's now displayed in their home as a reminder of their special day.

My best friend was getting married, and I wanted to give her and her fianc a gift that would be both meaningful and unique. I chose a crystal in the shape of a heart and had their names and wedding date engraved inside. When they opened the gift, they were so surprised and touched by the beauty of the crystal.

The customer service at 3dcrystal.com provided incorrect shipping information, causing the crystal to be delivered to the wrong address and requiring additional effort to rectify the situation.

The crystal I ordered from 3dcrystal.com arrived with a chip on the edge. It was evident that the packaging was not sufficient to protect the product during transit.
