Don't expect your order in a hurry. I placed 2 orders, and they took a while. However, it was worth the wait. The laser cut pieces were beautiful, sharp, and nicely packaged. I'm very impressed and would purchase here again.

I love my 3dcrystal so much. It's been such a great gift for my family and friends and I know they will love it too. The quality is so much better than anything else I have seen online! The crystal is clear, smooth, and the laser etching turned out beautifully. I would recommend this to anyone.

In my opinion, 3D Crystal is by far the best customer service. They are always there to help. I have never had any problems with them and they have a wide variety of crystals to choose from so you can customize your order. The website has all types of crystals to choose from and is full of interesting information about how crystals work, what they do for us, etc. This is definitely a very up-to-date site.

They did a fantastic job of making it work so beautifully as a 3D piece. I feel it looks amazing without the light base, and its how I prefer it. However, I would still recommend including the light base because it does look really cool in low light and its great to use if you're presenting it as a gift.
