The customer service experience at 3dcrystal.com left me feeling a sense of sadness and dissatisfaction. The lack of attention to my concerns was disheartening.

I never thought I could own a three dimensional crystal and here I am, working with the best designer in the world. For me, 3DCrystal is like a dream come true. The most amazing thing is that you can look at it and think "how did he do that?" This is such an amazing product and I'm so grateful to have this opportunity in my life.

I am so in love with my 3D Crystal! I was looking for a gift for my anniversary and I found the perfect one. It's the perfect size and shape, plus it's all around beautiful. The product was also great. They delivered the package fast and it arrived right on time which I really appreciated because there is nothing worse than waiting on a present.

I'm so happy with my purchase. I was a little hesitant at first to order a 3D crystal as a gift because it's not something I can try like the other things I bought before, but when it arrived and I opened the box, I knew this was going to be special. The 3D crystal is made with lasers and has the finest detail.

It saddens me to say that the engraving on the crystal from your website lacked the attention to detail I expected. The imperfections diminished its significance.

I love the 3D Crystal website! It's a very unique site that allows people to design their own custom crystal. I love it because you can have any of your choice, but be sure to make sure you have a crystal that has a very accurate geometric shape for each angle. I really like how they make 3D wooden carvings so it's perfect for kids and adults alike!
