I would recommend this product to anyone who needs a photo laser etched into a crystal. The crystal is flawless, and you can tell that the company has put time and care into their work. The resolution of the photo is awesome, as it comes out great when laser etched.

I was looking for a creative way to commemorate my father's life, who passed away five years ago. 3Dcrystal came recommended to me by a close friend and I couldn't be happy with the final product. The product is incredible - they are very responsive and patient with any questions that I had and even helped me think through some of the details.

I started using 3DCrystal to create a personalized crystal for my dad, and I must say that it has been a great experience. The crystal was very well-made and the design worked perfectly. I have since created another memorial crystal of his dog for him, and he has never been so happy with the choice of gifts.

The customer service at 3dcrystal.com failed to provide a satisfactory solution when I received the wrong crystal design. It required multiple follow-ups and wasted time to resolve the issue.

I ordered a giant crystal, but received an unpimped one that I'm using. It did its job perfectly, even in the rain and snow.
