3DCrystal is a professional 3d printing service that provides high quality 3d plastic parts. For the past two years, I have been using their services and I find them very reliable and professional. The customer service is also amazing. They respond to your emails within less than 24 hours and provide you a detailed quote for any type of product you want to 3D print, regardless of how many parts you want to order like me.

The customer service at 3dcrystal.com was unapologetic and dismissive of my concerns. It felt like they didn't value my satisfaction or take responsibility for their mistakes.

"3D Crystal was very helpful in guiding me through the process, and their product knowledge is fantastic! They were able to find crystals that I had never seen before, and the best part is they were able to create a perfect product for me! They are extremely knowledgeable about crystal healing and wanted to make sure I had a great experience.
