I had always loved 3D crystal and their gorgeous, beautiful products. But I had never actually purchased anything from them before until a few weeks ago. I am so glad that I finally bought something because the quality is just amazing! The customer service was also excellent when answering any questions that came up and they were very prompt in answering my emails as well.

I was beyond pleased with the customer service I received. I had a little mishap in shipping & they quickly took care of it. They've got an amazing website with over 100 crystals to choose from which is super easy to browse through, and they have beautiful attention to detail.

3Dcrystal company is one of the biggest online computer game store in China. They are famous for high quality 3d modeling material and 3D printable objects. The cheap prices, fast delivery and awesome customer service makes it a no-brainer for me to buy their products, especially their free shipping & free returns policy. I bought 5 product from them recently and all of them are wonderful, except maybe the moon cake that was beyond

I have been using 3Dcrystals ince September of 2012. Before I bought this product I was already Customer on for almost 2 years. I can say that it is a great place to buy 3d custom crystals, which is the main part of my job now. As a customer you get to use their services and products for free, so you are not always paying

I use 3D crystal for my personal and work product. The crystal is very good quality, looks and is a great alternative to some of the other crystals I've seen online.

I really love the work they do. They are very responsive, and what I like the most is that they have a lot of available materials. I just bought my first crystal from 3D Crystal and I'm very pleased with the quality of the crystals and with how easy it was to order. The product is professional, informative and user friendly. My biggest complaint is that they have not added more options to it yet. If they do in the near future, I will definitely be a repeat customer!
