Their customer service is one of the reasons I don't go to their competitors. I tried reaching them out at 1AM in the morning and got a response within seconds. With their competitors, even if i reach to them in business hours they would never reply asap. 3d Crystals product is also way superior. 3d crystal won me on that 1AM response and the amazing product!!

My grandfather was a WWII veteran, and I wanted to find a way to honor his service. I decided to get a 3D crystal engraving of a photo of him in his uniform. When the crystal arrived, I couldn't believe how stunning it was. It was like he was right in front of me, and I could almost hear his stories from the war. It was a beautiful way to honor his bravery and sacrifice.

I stumbled upon these 3D crystals when I was looking for a unique way to surprise my wife on our anniversary. I chose a heart-shaped crystal and sent them a photo of us on our wedding day. When I received the final product, I was amazed at how detailed and lifelike it looked. The 3D effect made it look like we were right there, in that moment, surrounded by love. My wife was touched by the thought and effort that went into this unique and personalized gift.

I wanted to give my grandfather a special gift for his birthday, and that's when I found 3dcrystal.com. I ordered a crystal rectangle with a 3D image of him and my grandmother on their wedding day, and it was stunning. The crystal captured every detail of their outfits, from the tux to the veil, and the 3D effect made it feel like they were right there in the moment. It's a gift that he will always treasure.

For the first time , I am finally able to enjoy the beauty and memories that photo crystals bring, vs a regular photo in a frame or on the phone. The 3Dcrystal team were very helpful with my lack of knowledge on the subject. They have made this process a breeze and we are so happy with this product that we will be ordering more from them for future projects. We are very satisfied and will certainly order more
