I purchased a crystal through 3D Crystal, and was very satisfied with the customer service provided by the company. When I bought my crystal, it arrived in perfect condition. A few weeks later, however, the crystal began to crack on one end and no longer worked as intended. I contacted 3D Crystal customer service and they were very accommodating with their attention to detail during a time when they had no control over any of my crystals.

We are always pleased with 3DCrystal. We appreciate their service, prompt delivery, and friendly customer service. The best part is that they don't try to up-sale you or overcharge you for the product that you have ordered. If it doesn't fit in your budget or if something has to be ordered separately (which is easy enough), the rest of their valuable gift guides will be delivered free of charge.

I've been using 3D Crystal Laser Etching since last year. The customer service is excellent, especially their subtitles feature which is a huge asset to their customers. I've been using for just over two years and am very satisfied with my experience so far. I'm really impressed by how my photos look when they're laser etched in crystal. It's really a beautiful way to show your true personality!
