I'm so happy with my purchase and it was delivered on time. The low quality product is not amazing and love it. It's the perfect gift for any occasion but high price this product.

3DCrystal is a great 3D printing service. I got my first 3D Crystal Laser Engraver in just a few days after placing the order, and as soon as it arrived I was able to look at it practically over night. I am very pleased with how quickly it came and the quality of the product...

3DCrystal sent me a laser etched crystal in the mail and it was incredible! It was so cool to see what the finished product looked like. I got a few photos of it with my phone and can't wait for them to come back out to hang on the wall. 3DCrystal is a great company and knowledgable about their products and how they are made. I've seen them at conventions over the years

I have never actually worked with a crystal supplier before, but I found it refreshing to work with someone who had their hands in the product like this. The 3D Crystal it is easy to navigate, and they have something for every budget. Not only did they make sure the crystals I chose were exactly what I was looking for, but they even went above and beyond by contacting me when there were some changes in shipping times and addressing my concerns.

I was searching for a 3d laser engraver and found 3DCrystal on google. I've ordered from them, and bought from them in the past. The quality of their products is great, they ship in a very short time frame, the support is prompt and always available when needed. The customer service goes above and beyond what the term "customer service" implies....it's nothing short of superb!
