What a letdown! 3dcrystal.com's customer service is nonexistent, their website is a nightmare to navigate, and their products are nothing but a disappointment.

3D Crystal is the best online crystal supplier I have ever used. Their customer service is awesome, it is comprehensive and amazing, and their crystals are of the highest quality. I order from them every month out of necessity since they have some of the best crystals in the industry that are just too expensive for me personally to buy from other companies. They do it better than anyone else!

I ordered the Crystal for my mother because she needed something to keep her jewelry in and I love it! I have been looking for a crystal necklace since she passed away, but just wasn't ready to buy one. After looking around 3D Crystal came up as one of the most affordable options and more importantly, beautiful. Their crystal is both shiny and round with no edges that can scratch or crack. They also ship them fast!
