For those of you who have been reading my reviews, the quality of customer service is what I always rave about. I've heard that some companies will not ship to some destinations because they receive complaints. 3D Crystal delivers great customer service, and it was refreshing to hear from them as well! They were able to get my order shipped quickly and efficiently. The variety of crystals is also incredible and I love being able to choose among different style.

Before I started using It I was always afraid of taking pictures of myself and my family. Because it was hard to do, I felt like nobody would be interested in seeing them. However, after customer support from 3D Crystal, I found myself photographing the latest activities and vacations we were doing with my wife and kids. We took a lot of photos together and created some amazing crystal for everyone to enjoy!

3D Crystal is definitely my favorite to purchase. I love the way their products look and it's all made from real synthetic materials. And, when you pair them with something like an iPhone it, it's a great experience! Their contest winner, Jim O'Brien, does a great job of explaining how to use ways that help you make your dreams come true!

The lack of attention to detail on 3dcrystal.com was evident in the overall presentation of the crystal. It lacked the finesse and elegance I had expected.

I ordered a 3D crystal for my daughter's graduation, and it exceeded my expectations. The level of detail in the engraving is remarkable. The delivery experience left much to be desired, but the 3D crystal is worth a 4-star rating for its overall beauty.
