3dcrystal has been a great service to work with. They are quick and helpful in answering your questions and concerns, and didn't require me to sign a long-term contract or pay more than the price I was quoted. The crystal arrived quickly and looked just like it did online.

I ordered from this company and it was a journey to say the least. They were demanding with payments, which is not unusual for me, but the shipping was very slow...3 months for one laser etched crystal. That is not what I expected or paid for when purchasing from a store. I would definitely suggest that you don't buy from this company unless you want to wait 3 months for your order to be shipped.

I love my crystal! I was afraid that it would be broken during shipment and even though it might have been damaged, the packaging was so good that all of the pieces were protected. The product is also fantastic. When I called them to tell them about they were really helpful and accommodating. All in all, it's a good product and I'm recommending

I got my own 3D crystal laser etched about a year ago. I love it! People can choose what and where they want the crystal to be etched and the pictures are not just permanently etched, but most of them can be removed later if you'll need that. It's also cheaper than a regular laser engraver because you get diamonds instead of laser light. They all say from but I paid for.

This is by far the best crystal I could find on the market. It is so clear that it has to be a holographic crystal. I am really impressed with the quality of this crystal and it also looks great in person.
