The customer service experience at 3dcrystal.com left me feeling deflated and disappointed. The lack of empathy was disheartening.

3DCrystal.com is a great website, they are responsive to all the customer queries. I have worked with them for 2 years and made my first purchase from 3DCrystal.com with their custom made quartz crystal, it was a good experience.

I bought my first ring and I was happy. It's beautiful, the shipping was on time, and it came in a name brand box with a ribbon. I bought this item for my mother who is also very happy with her purchase. Thank you!

I love Crystal. It's a great gift for anyone that loves crystal, whether it be for yourself or as a present. They do so much more than just make crystal with their products. They also create beautiful things with their designs. I have been using the website to order some of my own pieces and I can't recommend it enough!

3DCrystal is the only way to give a gift for birthday s. The best gift ever. I have one in my bag, have given it to friends and relatives and received comments that it's the only heirloom that they wanted to own.Thank you 3DCrystal. The quality of the crystal is best in terms of price, looks and smoothness.

I have been using a number of crystals for personal growth and spiritual development. 3Dcrystals are far superior to the 'one off' crystals I've used in the past. The energy and vibrations are incredible, and the crystals culptures are beautiful.

I had the great pleasure of using this device for my birthday, and I loved it :) It was so fun to be able to buy a gift for my loved one and just sit back and enjoy it without feeling like you're having to do anything. The way the website is set up, you can browse through different types of crystals in your category, or even have different textures, shapes, or patterns. I also appreciated that I could upload

I ordered a laser etched photo from 3DCrystal for my boyfriend for his birthday. The order took less than a day and the photo was received the next day with an email sent to me with the digital preview already embedded! The photo itself is great quality, clear and crisp.
