I wanted to surprise my wife with a gift that would remind her of our wedding day and the love we share. That's when I discovered 3dcrystal.com and ordered a 3D crystal with a photo of us engraved inside. When she received the crystal, she was moved to tears. The engraving was so lifelike and detailed, it felt like we were right there together. It's a beautiful way to celebrate our love and the commitment we made to each other.

The customer service at 3dcrystal.com was unresponsive to my requests for updates on the progress of my order. I felt uninformed and left in the dark about when to expect the delivery of my crystal.
