Initially I was very disappointed in the quality of the crystal. The and clarity were not as good as I expected for the price. However, after some patience and persistence, I found that I could actually enjoy it. This is a very unique crystal that you are unlikely to find anywhere else.

I've purchased two photo crystals from 3D Crystal and I cannot be more pleased with the product. The website is easy to navigate, even for those who don't know how to use computers. The design team was always super responsive and polite, even when I needed personalized edits on my order! This is by far the best company in this niche market and I highly recommend it.

I would like to say that I'm completely satisfied with the crystal. I bought the 3D crystal and it was working perfectly, so at first I did not notice there was a problem when the customer requested me to send him his photo. After a while of taking care of it, he came back and told me he wanted to improve his skills in photography.
